The implementation of this project has significantly increased the efficiency, accelerated, and also reduced the cost of all our processes concerning real estate liens. By using the KNBox product, the error rate in creating contractual documentation for the Land Register, such as the Proposal for the registration of a lien or its deletion, was reduced to a minimum. Therefore, we have decided to implement a similar project in Slovakia, where KNBox provides electronic access to data sources of the Slovak Land Register through the interface of the company CRIF.
