Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions in connection with the recruitment of new employees.

The first meeting

In the case we are interested in your CV, we will talk briefly with you on the phone and make the date of our meeting. At a personal meeting you will meet the HR representative and the manager of the team / department in question. We will ask about your motivation, vision, your experience and we will also discuss what we can offer each other. It is important for us to ask one another openly what the mutual expectations are and whether they meet each other. If we agree and want to continue to discuss, you will get a practical task to solve. It can be a test or a technical task, where you will present us your skills and allow us to have a look at your approach to a specific task.

Possible second meeting

If after the first meeting, our ideas still meet, and we mutually consider it to be appropriate to meet again, we will arrange a second meeting. The second rounds concern more senior candidates for leading positions or those interested in business roles. You may also initiate a meeting by yourself to get to know our company better.

Decision

After our meeting we will not keep you waiting long and we will let you know in a few days. If the team agrees that it wants you to be its member and you want to join the team, all that remains, is to agree on the final conditions that you will receive in our offer. But if we have come to this point, we usually agree😊

We manage our project agilely and by means of classic Waterfall methodologies.

What technologies do we use?

    Java (J2EE, Spring), PHP, Python, LifeRay, Flex, .NET, C/C++, PL/SQL, T-SQL.

  • Standard integration technologies:

    IBM WebSphere MQ (former MQ Series), SOAP, WebServices or ORACLE SOA tool.

  • Database technologies:

    ORACLE, MSSQL and DB2.

  • Design, processing of models:

    UML with CASE Enterprise Architect, Power Designer tools.

  • Standards for creating web applications:

    (X)HTML (5), CSS3 or AJAX.

What are the educational opportunities within the company?

The opportunities for education and development are wide at our company. In case of interest and need it is possible to realize almost any solution.
