Module: Motion to record in the Real estate register
The functionality Motion to record in the Real estate register is also an extending module above the basic functionality of the KNBox system. In this system particular real estate can be selected (apartments, buildings, lots), but also persons, all of this being grouped in a set of units called Collateral. From this a required type of record in the Real estate register can be generated.
For assigning of an object in the collateral it is necessary to download data from the Real estate register. As a standard, the object is added to the initial collateral. The initial collateral is that, with which the user is actually working.
In the case of assigning a building and a unit, the window “Assign to collateral” provides a field “Include also related lots in the collateral”, which automatically includes also the following lots together with the selected real estate:
- On which the building is standing, which is added to the collateral,
- On which the building is standing, in which the unit is situated, which is added to the collateral,
- That are recorded in the Property sheet of an apartment as related lots.
Collateral can be searched out on the basis of the collateral number, building number, internal code of a transaction, proceeding number, operator, collateral status, personal number, Org. No.
Generation of the Motion to record
The dialogue form for the motion creation itself enables the user to complete other necessary data that are inevitable to correctly generate the Motion to record. The motion is generated in the PDF format. First of all it is necessary to select a motion type, i.e. the record, deletion (including possible quittance generation).
The viewed form contains individual sections according to which objects are a part of the collateral, i.e. of the generated motion. Apart from general information there are flaps of pledgers and flaps of individual real estate types. After filling of all fields the system performs validations and a check of obligatory filled fields. Where deficiencies have been realized, the system views a notice and highlights the subject fields and flaps where such fields are located.
