Apps and solutions that make it much easier and more efficient to prepare and manage the GDPR agenda
GDPR, i.e. the Data Protection Regulation; its purpose is to provide the data subjects (individuals and citizens) with effective privacy protection rights, and those to use the private data, to be ordered, how to use the data, and to limit the number and use of the data to the necessary extent.
GDPR DPO Cockpit
An overview application allows DPOs to monitor selected activities and tasks as part of their activities when supervising the PD (personal data) management.
The application combines information from different systems, applications, and processes to monitor the activities from the point of view of PD protection. In addition to aggregating information, it enables to monitor the process of settlement of requests by the data subjects regarding the rights of the data subject. It includes the ability to record activities, schedule them with time alerts and escalations. Custom data is collected into the application, using existing APIs, by means of the process robotics (GDPR RPA), or by means of defined reports and outputs for processes and applications that are incapable of automatic communication.
GDPR Collecting Tool
An effective solution to cover a significant part of the required issue (who/why/where/how/ why he/she approached what data), from the point of view of implementation in connection with your IT infrastructure, particularly without the need to change individual applications in which data is processed by end users.
The application is installed in individual stations (with the option of central deployment). On the background of standard work of the user it automatically collects information about the displayed and processed data. These are then, together with a detailed context (what application, its part, tab, form, time, user, etc.), sent to the collection server, where they are stored in the central database for continuous evaluation and analysis.
GDPR RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
It is a fast and efficient solution when you need to follow the GDPR to implement selected types of activities over a specific application portfolio, to which you either do not have source codes or if the change of applications would be too costly. Or thanks to GDPR RPA, or to the software robotics as the case may be, it is possible to use configured macro scenarios that are implemented by SW Robots working with the GUI application interface just in the same manner as a regular end user so does.
