Contractual documentation redesign

The project to create the automated contractual condition preparation system for MONETA Money Bank commercial credits. The purpose of the project was to connect credit properties to contractual conditions in order to make transaction preparation easier for corporate clientele bankers. Our company carried out the complete business analysis of the systems and the design of technologies.

A commercial credit application filling process administration application, from filling in an application by a client, contacting a client and adding information by telebankers to commercial bankers’ communication with clients. The application includes a reporting part designed to control results of contacts with clients and to monitor transaction drawing. Our solution also includes a database of active business entities in the Czech Republic, including interconnection with internal information on MONETA Money Bank clients – this information is used by commercial bankers to select and contact new clients.

Since 2014 KNBox provides the Czech-Moravian Building Savings Bank (ČMSS) a marked simplification of the necessary legal agenda following from the new Czech Civil Code. The State Administration of Land Surveying and Cadastre defined the structure of documents for the purpose of registration into, but also for the erasure from the Cadastre. It is right the preparation automation of such documents, by which KNBox saves not only time and money to ČMSS, but also substantially eliminates failure rate originating due to manual transcription.

An electronic bank statement and foreign remittance advice archive. Data is transferred by regular automatic import from internal banking systems to the application. Documents generated in PDF format are signed by a digital certificate according to the Electronic Signature Act.

A system designed to ensure the data transfer of bulk corporate correspondence to print centers (Česká pošta Postservis, CASUS, BoomTisk, and others). The system provides the complex administration and monitoring of individual order types, the monitoring of their processing stages and detailed reporting, including back imports from a center with the current printing course and information on MONETA Auto, s. r. o. returned mail.

The system designed to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators in relation to stores and hierarchical groups of these stores. Planned measurement is based on user defined lists of measured parameters – so-called checklists. New measurements taken are continuously automatically aggregated and propagated by the defined logical store structures. Obtained results can then be filtered, aggregated or compared with historical data.

OrbTrack

The OrbTrack system is a complex solution to fleet management. It includes many applications and services, including tracking vehicles all over the Europe via satellites. The solution uses several components, from a thin or thick client at end users through a centralized server to satellite communicators installed in vehicles.

End users have functions available in the system which enable them to administer and track large numbers of vehicles and plan and evaluate routes, consumption and costs of individual orders, vehicles or drivers. Several map components, sets of reports and variable parameter settings are available.

The server part contains a central data store, connections to a satellite communication channel and the frontend part for the system administrator, end carriers or their customers. The online part is accessible both using a thin client and from mobile devices.

Sodexho Pass ČR a.s.

The online customer portal (Sodexo Pass Online) is used to execute purchase orders for and purchases of all types of Sodexo Pass ČR vouchers. The application developed to order is designed to receive and execute orders for employee benefit vouchers and to monitor the order execution status, administer user accounts, and the like. The application supports branch sale, ensures the local and central issue of sale documents or the preparation of instructions for distribution, for example. The solution consists of a portal, which provides order placing logics and enables to administer client accounts and offered client actions, and also the Middleware part which integrates the portal with internal systems and ensures current data in operational systems and in the entire portal solution.

Sodexo card application

The application ensures internal card administration, communication with the card payment system administrator, credit administration, and connection to internal clearing systems. The system consists of an online user interface, a database backend and connectors to external systems, especially to a card broker, an accounting system and the Sodexo internal information system.

A system designed to support users internally. The basis of the solution is a product knowledge database and a library of the most frequently asked questions directed at administrators of individual categories. The system enables to search for information asked for and to find promptly answers to questions asked.

StarCalls

An application designed for the sales department to motivate dealers and to support the sale of products and the acquisition of new clients. The solution is implemented in the form of thematic business data visualization. A user moves in a virtual universe where planets represent potential clients with whom it is necessary to conclude a service contract – to “capture them”. At the same time the system offers many communication and cooperation tools for individual groups of dealers.
