The most frequent use of this product lies in modeling of internal company processes with emphasis on management, business, manufacture and development. Therefore Metodika is essential for specialists in analyzing and designing processes as such.

System behavior

  • The system is designed for support and management of those methodologies that are directed on processes. It was also created very practically, so it is possible to apply it to every line of business, specialization or practical field etc.
  • Metodika enables a graphical representation of the process including all linkages between individual steps with possibilities of program branching, deciding, command looping and many other various elements. Each process could be implemented via hierarchic structure consisted of arbitrary levels and indefinite number.
  • It is possible to add a wide selection of objects to the process diagrams - like notes, documents, templates, roles and many others. Important parts of the system are tools for specializing and editing
    • editing means a creation of new version of whole methodology or proces. The biggest advantage of process editing is a history of changes and an option to return to any previous status.
    • Specializing means a creation of specialized process for particular procedure or its part without affecting the rest of methodology.
  • The change formation passes through an approval process (approval of dedicated methodist). Users can be notified e.g. via email.

System benefits

  • processes are easily accessible by all employees
  • a simple yet practical design of simulated processes
  • an option to export processes into various patterns
  • storing of history of changes and an option to return to any previous status
  • process specializing, easy creation of variable processes with references to their previous version
  • precise process/activity description
  • assigning of documents, templates, references, etc.
  • confirming of process changes by selected methodologies
  • easy defining of user rights (analyst, general methodist, manager)
  • a possibility of informing user about process changes e.g. via email notification
